Refund and Returns Policy for Won Jewelry

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure that your return or exchange is processed as smoothly as possible. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. General Return Policy

  • Return Window: We offer a 30-day return period for most items purchased directly from Won Jewelry. The 30-day period begins from the day you receive your order, not the day you place the order.
  • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original condition, which means unworn, unused, and free of any damage. All original packaging, tags, and documentation (such as authenticity certificates or receipts) must be included with the return. If the item has been altered, resized, or engraved, it is not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
    • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved or made-to-order items)
    • Sale items or items marked as “final sale”
    • Gift cards or store credit
    • Items purchased through third-party sellers or marketplaces outside of Won Jewelry’s official channels

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by email at info@jewelglowss.com or by phone at 315-479-9353. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  • Return Authorization (RA) Number: In order to proceed with the return, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service team. The RA number is required to process your return. Returns sent without an RA number will not be processed, so please ensure to request and obtain the RA number before sending back the item(s).
  • Return Period: The RA number is valid for 10 business days after issuance. Please make sure to return the item within this period. Returns received after the RA number expires may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: For returns due to buyer’s remorse (i.e., you changed your mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item was received as defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item), Won Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided in these cases.

  • Packaging: Please return the jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit. If the original packaging is not available, please ensure the item is securely wrapped and placed in a protective shipping box to avoid any damage during the return process.

    We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. Won Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping if they are not sent using a trackable or insured service.


4. Refund Process

  • Eligibility for Refund: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will determine if it meets the conditions for a refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition and must include all original packaging and documentation. Items that are damaged, show signs of wear, or have been altered will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed by Won Jewelry.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of wear, is damaged, or if the return does not meet all conditions (e.g., missing packaging, altered item), a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the jewelry.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for Another Item: If you are interested in exchanging your item for a different size, style, or color, please contact our customer service team at info@jewelglowss.com to initiate the exchange process. If your exchange request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the original item and receiving the replacement.
  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer you a refund or an option to choose an alternative piece of jewelry.
  • Return and Shipping Costs for Exchanges: As with returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Inspection: We carefully inspect all jewelry items before shipment to ensure they are in perfect condition. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
  • Notification of Defective or Damaged Items: Please notify us of any defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the return process.
  • Repair or Replacement: In the case of defective or damaged items, Won Jewelry will either repair the jewelry, replace it with an identical item, or provide you with a refund based on your preference. If we replace the item, shipping will be free of charge.
  • Photographic Evidence: In order to facilitate the return process for damaged or defective items, we may ask you to provide photographs of the defect or damage to assess the issue quickly.

7. Gift Returns

  • Gifts: If you received an item as a gift from Won Jewelry and would like to exchange it or return it for a refund, we will be happy to accommodate your request. The return or exchange process is the same, but the original purchaser will receive the refund to their original payment method, unless they specify otherwise. In some cases, a store credit or gift card may be issued instead of a cash refund.

8. Final Sale

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are often discounted or part of special promotional offers. Please ensure you review the details of your purchase carefully, especially during sales events, as final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized jewelry, such as rings with engravings or bespoke pieces made to order, is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. However, please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
  • Store Credit Option: If you prefer, you can opt to receive store credit instead of a refund. This will be processed immediately once the return is confirmed, and you will receive a code to use on future purchases.
